Four-bedroom flat with balcony located on the 9th floor of a 10-high apartment building. Features attractive views.
The property is accessible by lift. The apartment building is located around the corner from a large shopping centre. Famous shops such as AH, Kruitvat, Lidl, Jumbo, Action, Hema, Zeeman, Xenos, various eateries, etc. are thus directly within reach. The same goes for a health centre, sports facilities and many schools (including international ones). Furthermore, the beautifully landscaped park Transwijk is nearby. This large park includes a rosarium, ponds, a petting zoo and a playground.
The tram stop to Utrecht central station on the one hand and Nieuwegein on the other is also within walking distance. The Uithof/Science Park is directly accessible by bus. Central station, the Jaarbeurs and Hoog Catharijne are at approximately 10 minutes cycling distance. Furthermore, the A2, A12 and A27 motorways are very well accessible at a short distance.
