At the time of publication we used the following description:

A retail property totaling 5,710 m² on a plot of 4,464 m² consisting of a first floor and second floor with ample parking in the center of Stadskanaal.

The retail spaces are leased to national retail formulas Leen Bakker and Beter Bed. The current leases run until the middle and end of 2027 respectively.
