Through the basement car park you can take the elevator directly to your apartment. Of course there is a nice reception area for guests/visitors and a staircase to the floors and apartments.

Passage (2 pieces) to the kitchen and living room. You enter the living room and what immediately strikes you is the beautiful light that enters every moment of the day. The living room is very generously sized and is divided into a part that connects to the beautiful kitchen and a part that has been realized as a living room with a connected study.

The kitchen is a "masterpiece" of a renowned kitchen, bathroom and interior builder "Van Boven". This phenomenal kitchen provides you with all the comforts and amenities you would expect from such a high-end kitchen. The other side of the living room is the living room, this spacious room is the comfortable sitting room which is equipped with sliding window doors giving access to the second (south) west balcony of 14 m2 with 270 degree view of the beautiful surroundings. This living room has a beautiful design feature with a ceiling which is indirectly lit and a separate but to the living room "open" study / office. The crowning glory of the whole finishing project was / is the amazing wooden floor! The oak parquet floor is seamless and is made of parts of 13 meters long sawn in one length and varying in width from 22-34 cm. The floor is made from two 16 meter long oak trees from an estate in Brussels. The only floor in NL with this length in one piece made by Nobel Flooring Belgium.

Back in the hall and through this hall you come to the bedroom (s): The "master bedroom" is spacious and features a walk-in dressing area with built-in custom cabinets (room-high, custom-made cabinet wall of B&B Italya with soft-close milled handles) and a "free standing" part for the bed. This headboard is made of the same wood as the oak parquet. Adjacent is the bathroom which has a bath, shower, toilet and double sink.
Passage to the second work / study room. With a small adjustment this can be made into a third bedroom.
The second bedroom has a private bathroom which has a shower, toilet and double sink.
