Description

We can offer an ongoing development at a visible location along the Waterweg in Nunspeet. A permit has already been granted for two adjacent industrial halls with two apartments above. An application for amendment to this permit is currently pending due to changes in design or layout.

Location:

The property is located on the De Lepelingen industrial estate in Nunspeet, along the main road. De Lepelingen is easily accessible and is a short distance from the A28 highway (Amersfoort-Zwolle) and the NS station. Furthermore, amenities such as shops and the center are a few minutes away.
