Storage Club Aalsmeer
Situated at a prime location on the Legmeerdijk 127, on the border of Aalsmeer and Amstelveen and in the vicinity of the companies Ranzijn and Loogman, Storage Club launches its first location. This project comprises 134 modern and spacious Storage boxes, divided over two floors, which perfectly suit every need: sustainable, practical, safe and accessible 24/7.
 
With two different types of Storage boxes, Storage Club Aalsmeer offers a solution to the shortage of storage space in urban areas, aimed at investors, entrepreneurs and private individuals. 
 
The ground floor offers boxes accessible for cars and work vans, complete with overhead doors of approx. 2.40 metres high. The first floor is easily accessible via two passenger/goods lifts and steel stairwells on each side of the complex. Each box has its own intermediate meter and is supported by a solar panel on the communal roof. With also sanitary facilities, security (Borg-2 certified), full fencing plus a safe and spacious entrance from the Legmeerdijk, all your needs have been catered for.
 
Available Storage boxes
134 Storage boxes will be developed, divided over the two floors. On the ground floor, the boxes are 21 m2 GLA and on the first floor 18 m2 GLA, see below.

Facilities on the park

Two passenger/goods lifts
Storage Club Aalsmeer is conveniently arranged and has an entrance with a passenger/goods lift on both sides of the building, so it is never far to your own Storage box.

Spacious parking facilities
There are ample parking facilities on both sides, including the possibility of parking with a trailer.

Secure premises (Borg-2 certification)
The grounds are closed with a 5-metre-wide electric sliding gate and can be accessed 24/7 by Storage box owners.

Park manager
A park manager ensures that the grounds and building remain tidy and that everyone obeys the rules.

Security
The grounds have excellent lighting, ensuring good visibility and a feeling of safety. Moreover, there are 4K cameras installed all over the site that are continuously active, making security the top priority.

Sanitary facility
On the first floor, there will be a washroom with toilets, washbasins and a water connection. A nice idea in case of high emergencies and so you can also, for example, make a cup of coffee in your own Storage Box.

Your own mailbox
We offer you the option of a post box at the address of your Storage box. This means you can receive mail here and your company can be registered at this address. Efficient, secure and also just plain convenient, such a business address.

Sustainability
Wherever possible, we try to contribute to the environment. All Storage Boxes therefore get their own solar panel on the roof. With moderate energy consumption, this panel ensures that you have no energy costs. If you use more energy, the yield from your panel will be deducted from your energy bill. 
 
Planning
Construction work is expected to start in Q3 2024, once 70% has been sold and the environmental permit granted. Expected completion is Q2 2025, however, no rights can be derived from this. 

Payment
Payment will take place in three payment instalments. The first instalment concerns the purchase of the land, which is 60% of the purchase price. The second payment is after completion of the foundations and concerns 20% of the purchase price. The final instalment is again 20% of the purchase price and must be paid before completion.  
 
Owners association
To ensure that Storage Club Aalsmeer always remains tidy and well-maintained, we arrange this with an administrator specialised in managing Owners' Associations (VvE). As a buyer, you are automatically a member of this VvE, which is managed by this external manager. As an owner, you have voting rights in the association. The association takes care of the management and maintenance of the common parts of the project (grounds, facade and roof). 
 
Destination
The buyer needs to check whether the intended activities fit within the current zoning plan. The developer and estate agent are happy to advise you on this, but do not accept any liability in this respect.
